TEAM

Who's plotting the route.

Derek Weech headshot

Derek Weech

Principal and Founder

Derek Jay Weech is the founder of Stealth Analytics. He has spent a decade in Arizona Republican politics, with experience across field operations, party infrastructure, and survey research.

He currently serves as Data Director for the Arizona Republican Party, where he oversees voter file operations, turnout modeling, and microtargeting infrastructure for the state's GOP electorate. Before founding Stealth Analytics, Derek was a Senior Data Analyst at Pulse Decision Science (formerly WPA Intelligence), where he supported research programs for federal, statewide, and advocacy campaigns alongside the firm's senior pollsters.

Stealth Analytics was built to combine methodological rigor with the state-specific insight that comes from working inside Arizona politics. Fast, transparent research that campaigns can act on the morning after fielding ends.

Ally Jones

Director of Client Strategy

Ally leads client engagements at Stealth Analytics, working with Arizona campaigns from initial scoping through final tracking. She translates research design into terms campaigns can actually use — and brings back the field realities that sharpen the next survey.

She came to Stealth after years running canvass, data, and direct voter contact programs on Arizona races. That campaign-side experience shapes how she scopes engagements, sets timelines, and reads the difference between a number that's interesting and a number a campaign manager can act on Monday morning.

TURNAROUND

1 Day

Actionable Insights, Live Data.

Topline, thermal crosstabs, and an index deck delivered the same night fielding closes, powered by our proprietary NavX™ pipeline.

METHODOLOGY

Mix Mode

Live caller, SMS, and IVR.

Blending modes widens reach, balances demographics, and reduces single-channel bias so toplines hold up under scrutiny.

DATA MODELING

1M+

Voter data points modeled.

Voter file, turnout history, geographic, and behavioral signals fused into targeting models built for the persuadable universe.

NavX™

Our proprietary pipeline turns raw responses into weighted, executive-ready output the same night fielding closes. Topline, thermal crosstabs, and index deck in hours, not days.

Thermal Crosstabs

Heat-mapped data tables that do the analytical work for you. Every cell hitting statistical significance (p<0.05) is flagged automatically, so trends, demographic shifts, and outliers surface in minutes, not the half-day most teams burn hunting them down.

Index Deck

The strategic document. Plain-language insights, coalition-by-coalition breakdowns, and recommendations the campaign can act on immediately. Built to share with donors, staff, and consultants without translation.
